Audio volume changes when importing into animate

Hi, I've been working on a animation in Animate, and I have been having issues with importing a particular sound. It's supposed to be background music, and it should be pretty quiet, but when importing into animate it is always the same volume (or decibelage). I have checked the audio multiple times, it's

Your WAV is at 48 000 Hz:

You need to resample it to 44 100 and then import/update in Animate.

Most likely your audio is not 44 kHz before import. You should check your source before import for that; not what Animate says it is.

I'm exporting the audio from Audacity. It's 44100Hz in audacity. It's always exported as 44.1kHz 16 Bit

As @Mario_CR suggested, if you like, post your source WAV and FLA to a file server for inspection.
