auto lip syncing is 100 percent inaccurate

im using auto lip sync for animate, and its actually 100 percent not accurate (no exageration). i only have the voice for the audio, with no other backround noises and i did it with a paid adobe animate tutor but it still is 100 percent not accurate and we both dont know whats going on.

is your soumd sync property set to stream?

are you using graphic symbols, not movieclips?
