Automate conversion to HTML5 Canvas

Is there a way to automate the creation of a document instead of having a user go into every document and converting it to HTML5 canvas?

you can't do anything useful with a swf file except to decompile it and work with the fla.

I don't know of a way to automate this process, I am hoping that the other contributors here have a better idea than I do.
