Autoplay on ActionScript 3.0 for An CC

Hi, guys! I have a problem with a Flash file exported in .exe created in Adobe Animate CC. This file must be uploaded on an ATM as a primary page. The problem is that in the moment I take off the card the screen becomes black , the animation disappears. Can anyone help me please with the code I must introduce in Autoplay of ActionScript 3.0 or smth like this in order to introduce in the source to evitate this problem? Thank you in advance
