Azure Media Services?

Trying to publish a live stream from a web cam... Works fine with FMS but the hope is to use MS Azure. I've setup a channel in the media services and I get an rtmp ingest URL. However I get a connection failed error in Flash when trying to connect and publish to it.

Has anyone else tried this?
