Banner's buttons created in Adobe Animate don't work in browser

I have a banner which was made in Adobe Animate and I have buttons and when I point at my botton the picture is changing ,but it happens only when I test my banner (ctrl+ enter). But when I open html file of my banner in browser-nothing happens and pictures doesn't change

    I've never tested an animation through this method before, since I'm member of a website where you can test your SWF online, pretty much.
    Having that said, I can't say the following for sure; but did you check the publish settings for your HTML? There might be an option to enable or disable button interactions or have your project be more than just a still image.
