Basic issues about compatibility with psd files

I am a beginner. Simply say, how to make the changes made in ps cc appear on animate cc synchronously, I don't need to use the symbol function. Only need the most basic, use a brush to draw a stroke in ps , can update a stroke in animate. ex: the 'plus'  can appeared by animate after psd saved in the ps cc.i guess the update options can help,
