Best updatable Insta template for a client?

Hi, I'm trying to create a branded post, with a masked video as part of it, for a client. The text has to be editable for them and they have Adobe CC. What do people use for this? After effects? Something simpler? Any ideas welcome, before I disappear down the rabbit hole. Cheers Jamie

there's not enough detail in your post to assess.

to start, is the video really a video (eg, mp4)? is it already created and needs to be imported?

are you using the term masking the way animate uses a mask (to reveal what's beneath the mask)?

Hi, yes it's a video (.mov as things stand but obvs I can convert it to something else). Actually, forget the mask thing, I just need to import a video, add a background colour, and some type, then be able to share that with a client, who can then edit the text for future posts. Thanks

and what kind of file are you trying to create as an end-product? if another video, that's all easily doable in animate.
