BEWARE WONDERSHARE!

Yesterday I could not get Animate to export a 30 second spot I created... only getting error messages. Long story short, after researching possible solutions I decided to purchase WONDERSHARE'S UNICONVERTER license since it was advertised as being able to convert ANY file type. That was no help...nor was the WONDERSHARE support chat. Ultimately I discovered I had to name the file all lower case with no spaces and be exporting from a copy of the working FLA file that was on my desktop (rather than on my external HD). All good, problem solved. All I needed to do now was get my money back from WONDERSHARE for the license I never needed. Yeah, well, turns out THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS! WTF!!! It was only $90, but still?!!! WTF!!! I hope this post saves at least one person from the same horrible, pathetic experience I had with WONDERSCUM!!!

      Since this in Adobe forum, any complaints about other software won't have much impact. I'd say a key lesson for you when you run into problems with an Adobe product not working is to seek advice here on what may be going wrong and suggestions to try resolve the issue. That will save you an unnecessary cost and can be a less frustrating experience.
