Bitmap quality when exporting to canvas

I've noticed that when you export a canvas file on a retina screen, bitmap images all look fine at any scale, but on a non-retina screen, images that are 100% or 50% scaled look fine, but any other scale and they look low quality/pixellated.

Is there a workaround/fix to this?
