Blink/Animate the object & pop up new box?

Hi. I am doing game in AS3 Flash CS6. AIR 3.2 for Android. Can anyone teach me how to do as video shown?

------

1st: blink it / animate the object (user can click it)

2nd: when user click the object, it will shown another box. (as shown)

I am beginner in this and I hope anybody can help me. Thank you in advance.
