BLOATED OAM FILE SIZE? and publish questions

 I have been messing with this for the better part of 2 hours. 

I tired to attach an FLA but it wouldn't let me. its 1152x658 all shapes no images

My OAM file is 10.5 MB

Question 1: Why is my file so big 

1 there are no images. I broke apart the SVG's its still 10.5MB

I had some text layers I deleted still 10.5

textured / Image assets/sprite sheet all 10.5 - 10mb

Question 2: Whats the proper publish setting for the scenario below?

I have literally 70 designers I want to unleash in the animate community, I just need to make sure I train them right an I know what the F I'm talking about everything we will do will most likely 1152x648 and placed in indesign, probably a mix of SVG's, pngs and Jpgs what would be the next publish settings for our needs
