Brush and eraser strokes dissapearing.

Helllo, can someone please hjelp me? on all my layers, whenever I try using my pen on my tablet to draw or erase something with my brush and eraser tools, (maybe more, havent checket the others) everything on the layer dissapears and only reappears when i change to a different layer and come back. i checked my tablet driver and everything is up to date, but i cant do anything because i cannot see the lines i am drawing. May someone please help? Thank you!
