I was looking to import a vector brush that I designed in adobe illustrator into adobe animate but I can't seem to find a way. Has anyone else had this issue or found a workaround?

Since you can use any art and make it INTO a brush why not just make one stroke using your brush in Illustrator, export it as an .AI doc and open it in Animate. Then create a Paint brush using the art. That would probably do what you want, no?

Not the expert here, but have you tried moving your brushes to Creative Cloud libraries and importing them? See the section From Creative Cloud (CC) library in Using Paint Brush in Animate CC

    Thanks,
