Brush tool not working properly when used

Hi, I've been using Animate for a while when I noticed that whenever I draw with the Brush tool, (both brushes) the lines seem to be misaligned. I can't even draw properly like I did in Photoshop. I've tried every single option and solves, but I can't seem to fix it. It is also obvious that it is a system problem. I even reinstalled my Wacom driver to fix it, but it didn't work.
