Brush tool options are cut in Adobe Animate CC
Am I the only one with this problem ? Is there a solution to fix it ? I tried to change my resolution and to expand the window in the software but nothing works.

Mine is ok - try switching to English. I think you're problem is that they haven't tested the French UI properly. On mine - those two buttons - 'Save as preset' and 'remove preset' take up much less space because the words are shorter making the menu narrower.
You could also try switching the UI preferences to 'Compact' but many people are complaining that the menus are still too big as the new UI takes up too much space anyway on most people's screens.
