Bug import son mp3

Bonjour,

Il m'est impossible d'importer un mp3 sur Adobe Animate depuis la mise à jour en 24.0.9. Un message d'erreur apparait : Un ou plusieurs fichiers n'ont pas été importés parce qu'ils n'ont pas pu être lus correctement. Si je désinstalle la version 24.0.9 et que je rétrograde en 24.0.8, je peux importer le son.

Un correctif est il prévu ?

This is indeed a bug. I tried mp3 and wav. They can be directly dragged into the stage but an error pops up. If you use "File-Import", everything is normal.

They will fix it, but what is puzzling is that they always fix the error while destroying the existing function, and then fix it again and destroy it again, falling into an endless loop.

Hey folks, I installed version 24.0.12 today and found that the problem still exists — they haven’t made any changes from 24.0.9 through 12. This is really something frustrating and infuriating. I’ve decided to submit feedback to the official team every day until they fix this issue. A long time ago, I found a web form that could be used directly to submit feedback, but I just searched for a long time and couldn’t find it. Even the webpage under the Help menu in the software is wrong. Can someone share the link with me?

i just tried dragging (to the stage) with an mp3 on win 11, an 24.0.12 and saw an "problem reading the file" message, but the sound is on my timeline (and library) and working as expected. ie, the error message is the only problem.

Yes, the sound can be dragged in, but a pop-up still appears — which is really frustrating for people who work with audio frequently.
