BUG - Taking an age to load Home screen and then another age when clicking Create new.

When I open up the app it hangs for 27 Seconds before loading the "start a new file fast" home screen and then another 27 seconds to load up the "new file" window.

If I disconnect the internet this issue does not happen. 

It's rather annoying having to disconnect the internet and reconnect every time I want to create a new file.

Any help to fix this issue is much appreciated!
