BUG: Win7 64bit doesn't work with GoDaddy SSL

HTTPService will not load any page or service that uses a GoDaddy SSL

To reproduce:

use URLLoader to load https://www.godaddy.com/   (or any website that uses godaddy ssl certificates)

from a swf or air app on Windows7 64bit

FaultEvent StreamError 2032

GoDaddy SSL Certificates work on

32bit and 64bit OSX

and 32bit windows7 and windows XP

If the https is working in all browsers on the same machine, then it is probably this problem. If the system time is off by more then 24 hours all HTTPS connections fail.
