Bugs in Animate 19 & Animate 20

1. Local Network files not import in Animate cc.

2. The Symbol changed if we import or copy the previous version's file in the new version application (CS6, CC18, CC19, CC20)

3. Image change into Alpha (Transparent or Black)

4. Image background color change into red and black (Often Red most)

5. Crash on startup.
