Building a simple Quiz #html5

I would love to build a very simple quiz. A handful of questions with various answers to click on. At the end there is an answer statement. The quiz should run in a browser and if it goes down well with colleagues maybe as an app in the cell phone. Is there a tutorial somewhere for something like this?

there are lots of different quiz types. you should start by googling the tutorials you seek.
