Button Fail on MC loaded from MenuBar Component

I have a movie using the V2 menubar component to load another swf in the same stage using loadMovieNum.

Buttons in the loaded movie work once and then fail until I move the cursor (even just slightly) , then they will fire again, once.

I found a post for the same problem back in 9/04, but there were no responses.

Any help would be appreiciated. I've got a lot of work in this project and this is the last problem I have to resolve.

This is a bug in this component that has been there since MX. I ended up building my own menus.

I see it as negligence that MM/Adobe did not document this bug or fix it, but still likes to charge for new versions.

I'm having the same problem. After the menu bar has been clicked my buttons only fire once. After I move the mouse a tiny bit the buttons will fire again. Help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
