C drive space is full when exporting MP4 files and when animate is turned off, the space is not returned to the C drive

i deleted what could be in the temp folder but the space i originally had is not back yet. but thanks for pointing me. Do you have any other way???


what about the folders in temp?  did you delete those or their contents?

 

there's more temp (or tmp) stuff that can be deleted in each animate version:

 

C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\<animate version>\en_US\Configuration

you have to delete the intermediate working file.

Can you show me the path of that folder in C drive for me?

in windows:

C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Temp\

 

everything there that you can delete, delete.  some of it will be locked by currently open programs

    can anyone help me, i am using adobe animate and i have done a short animation and when i export the file, the space on the C drive runs out and the animate freezes and then i turn off adobe animate and C drive space is only 0. How can I get back the amount of space I had before??? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
