Camera Colour effects. Cant access.

Hi All,

I am trying to access the Camera Colour Effects in Animates. The book (Adobe Classroom in a Book - 2021 release, Chapter 7) says that I have to select a Keyframe in the Camera Layer and choose the Tool tab in the Properties panel. I do this but when I go to Properties, the Tool Option is greyed out.

Any ideas?
