Camera disconnected at Runtime

Hi All,

I am working on streaming video using web camera. Below is the scenarios where I am facing problem when attaching camera at runtime:

1) Application is launched without camera, and after sometime when I attach camera and trying to redetect the camera programatically, I can see the name of the attached camera sometime, which is not consistent behaviour.

2) I lanched application with camera attached to the system, I can see the names of camera, but when I try to detach the camera and re-attach the camera It's not working eventhough name of the camera after detach and re-attach I can see, which is also insonsistent behaviour.

So, please help me out in solving the above issue, if any API through which I can detect when camera is attached and detached at runtime and can work fine, with that.
