Camera Zoom Overlay Gone

I was panning and zooming my camera using tweens, and then the overlay bar that allows you to zoom was gone and I couldn't pan the camera around at all.

    Hi, the controls only show up when you have the camera tool selected. The shortcut is the C key. 

    If the tool isn't visible, click the 3 dots at the bottom of the toolbar to locate it and drag it to your set.
