Can Animate somehow use the system sound?

Hi,

Is there some way for  Animate to pick up the system sound? To get input from, say, YouTube or Spotify and have a character lip sync to whatever video is playing?

    No, I'm a History teacher and I'm trying to design an mp3 player with 2,400 sound clips from WWII. I have the database in WordPress, and I have lots of period radios drawn in Illustrator/Animate, but I can't seem to find a web interface that will let me merge them, or add a searchable database to Animate. 

     

    Also not a super user of Aniimate, obviously.
