Can I run Adobe Animate on a Surface Pro?

I got a Surface Pro for my birthday and I wonder if it's good enough to run Animate.

Here are the specs.

Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
It's a 64 bit system running Windows 11.

Is this good enough to run Adobe Animate?

If it's running ARM, then no. Adobe does not support anything other than Photoshop on ARM based systems. Don't ask me why, I've been trying to get Illustrator support forever.
