Can I use Adobe animates with a GTX 650 2GB vga card?

I would like to work on Adobe animates but currently I have no separated VGA card. So I am looking to buy one and in my budget I found a GTX 650 VGA card. So can I use this to work on Adobe animates or I should buy a another model?

How your exact GTX card's benchmarks compare, I can't say.
