Can't draw in Adobe Animate using drawing monitor.

Hi, my name is Jet and I recently installed Adobe Animate. I use an XP-Pen drawing monitor and it has always worked perfectly with any software. However, when i try to use it in Animate, the cursor is glued to the left side of the screen and will not move. I checked the drivers for the drawing monitor, I updated Animate, and I used several new pen tips, but nothing works.

Some help would be appreciated!
