Can't export animation

I'm new to animate and made my first animation, but when I go to test the movie or to export it, the progress bar gets to 100 and then it crashes.  I tried each scene individually and they each work on their own, but not the entire movie.  Thanks for any help you can give!

    how many frames in all the scenes totaled?  do they exceed 16,000?

     

    if not, reset your preferences:

     

    assign a custom keyboard shortcut

    reset your preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/using/set-preferences.html

    confirm preferences have been reset by confirming the custom keyboard shortcut has been reset

    test your fla.

     

    p.s.  make sure you save a backup fla before testing.
