Can't export video in Animate

Question

When I try to export an FLA, Media Encoder doesn't generate the video and the MP4 doesnt't end up getting created.

open ame and then try exporting.  and don't automatically start ame using that option, and explicitly select the export directory in ame to a web-safe path/directory.
