Can't find Layers to change colors

I am working in Adobe Animate. When I was done in Adobe Animate, I exported all my layers, individually, from Adobe Animate and imported all of my layers, individually, into Adobe Aftereffects. I want to change the color of some of the strokes in my project. How do I find the specific layers so that I can change these strokes.

    I don't know After Effects well enough to answer what you asked, but did you know that After Effects can import your FLA? If you did that the layers in AE should be in the same order as in Animate.
