Question

Can't find my project on another device

So, I have two different labtops signed onto Adobe Animate. One is getting real old so I decided to switch to the second. When I did, I found all of my previous projects in the Creative Cloud folder on my second labtop, all fine and looking the same as on the first one.

However, the most recent project I have been working on(which I have saved multiple copies of and have triple checked on where it is saved and what type of file it is), is the only file not showing up. I can't find any of the recover or copied files of it, and I need to get it done on my second labtop asap.

check the computer you used when you saved it.

I did. I restarted it, as I worried it was a technical issue due to it being old, but it isn't that. I started a totally new project, saved it on that old labtop, saved it on the creative cloud, and foudn it in that file on my second labtop.

For the project I am working on and having issue with, I can only not find this one, as well as any of the RECOVER files that I had saved. No versions of this one specific prject are showing up. I made sure it was saved in the right place, and it is the same file format as the others too.

what do you mean by, "i saved it on the creative cloud"?

ie, there's no option in animate to do that.  so, what exactly are you doing that makes you think you saved it on cc?
