Can't find newest version of Saved animate file after closing

So I was using animate like normal
Then it started corrupting, I knew what I had to do and saved all my files before closing and reopening animate. I use the recent files feature to get all my files back, except for 1 that I couldn't find, I looked in temp folder and in the no files open menu, but NOTHING, the closest I could get was a version of it from
I searched up the name of the file in quick access and the newest one was from a while ago
like, 3 weeks ago. this file is VERY important so I really need help here 😞

    open AutoRecoverFilenames.txt* and see if there was a saved file and, if so, check the folder location listed

     

    *

    win:

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\<animate version>\en_US\Configuration

     

    mac:

    Users/<username>/Application Support/Adobe/<animate/flash version>/en_US/Configuration/

     

    p.s.  learn to save your fla files with increasing appended version numbers.
