Can't have sharpness on a Gaomon PD1161 in Adobe Animate

For some reason when I try to use Adobe Animate I can't have any sharpness, even though I click on the sharpness icon etc. I also try to do something with the app like, "Enable WindowsInk" or, "Disable Nib" I just don't get it, so please if somebody knows what to do then please help me because, I rather use a more recent version of Adobe Animate then to use Adobe Flash ty. 😄
