Can't Import AI files, nor Copy/paste from AI files, nor from CC Libs

Running on Windows 7, got all my apps up to date and running.

When I try to import an AI file into Animate nothing happens, no response or error message.

Same with SVG files. JPG can be imported.

Also copy paste from AI not working.

Tried re-installing and restarting.

Adobe chat support is also down for some reason...

Any recommendations?

If you are following the process mentioned in Work with Illustrator AI files in Animate CC and are still facing issues, I suggest resetting preferences Re-create preferences
