Can’t import anything to library? How to fix?

Hello! Every time I try to import an image to my library, I get the following message: "One or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them." 
I don't understand why that's happening! I am trying to import other images I drew on Adobe animate. How can i fix it? Thanks!
