Can't import audio

For the life of me, Animate won't let me import this audio file.

I made sure it's in an accepted format

I updated the app

I made sure it was set to "all openable formats"

I tried importing to the library, straight to the stage, and just dragging and dropping it

Every time it simply said it could not import the file. No explanation, no error code, nothing.

Note to anyone reading this, if you use this trick and it doesn't seem to work, check your library before you give up, because it for some reason told me it couldn't import... but then just imported anyway, so adobe be weird, just make sure it didn't work before you give up

I tried in a variety of formats, still nothing, it's saying it's having trouble reading the file
