I am following the steps to import a Photoshop file into Animate: Select File > Import To Stage or Import To Library.Navigate to the Adobe Photoshop PSD file to import, select it, and click OK. But Photoshop doesn't appear in the options even though I have just saved the file I want to import.Help.

I am following the steps to import a Photoshop file into Animate:

Select File > Import To Stage or Import To Library.
Navigate to the Adobe Photoshop PSD file to import, select it, and click OK.

But Photoshop doesn't appear in the options even though I have just saved the file I want to import.

I called Adobe for help. The problem was that when I saved Photoshop docs, it saved only to the cloud, and when I went to import to Animate, those files were not shown. So I had to Save As to desktop to have them available.

using file >import should make it obvious you need your file to be local.
