Can't move the objects while "Edit Multiple Frames" selected. Animate CC 2021 21.0

I can only move the objects with my mouse but when it comes to keyboard arrows, it doesn't work.

I need some help.

      this would be fantastic if only reporting bug didn't take 10 steps — at the very least the link should take you to the product the forum of which you are at

      it usually takes a lot of time and effort to distill the simplest setup to display the problem and then carefully explain it so the problem can be duplicated by anyone reading the report.
