Can't navigate between scenes

I'm having trouble getting the Movieclips to behave like buttons to navigate between different scenes. All the scenes contain one frame, with animations nested in their own symbols. Some buttons are interactive and should lead to other scenes, but my code isn't working. I've attached a screenshot, I would love some feedback on how to tackle this issue.

are there any errors in the compiler errors panel when you launch test, or in the output panel during testing?

if not, use the trace() function to debug. for example, are your buttons calling the functions you think they should be calling?

This is the popup I got. I never used the trace function, so I don't know exactly how to check that.

you look at the spelling of Scene3_OogArts in your scenes panel and your actionscript panel. they aren't the same. and case counts.
