Can't open my .fla file

Can someone please help me?

I tried to open my file, but then it says this:

Please, is there anyone who knows how to fix this? I really want to open it, because i used SO much time animating it

I'm having this same problem with my main file, and my recovery, AND older versions of the file aren't loading up either.
Got a huge project that wont open so I'm kinda freaking out.

I'm really sorry for you, it's really annoying that it won't open, cause you put so much time ans effort into it. Hope someone knows how to fix it
