Can't scroll past 27 seconds on bottom bar

On the bottom bar, for some reason I cannot scroll past 27 seconds. I know the maximum is 50 sec so that is weird. Another strange thing is that when I zoom in it will make the max seconds even shorter. Like if I go all the way down I can only scroll to 16 seconds. Do I have some weird setting on or something?

    You can't just scroll off into infinity like some kind of Buzz Lightyear. Scrolling is constrained to a certain distance past the last keyframe. If you want to scroll farther, drop more keyframes.
