Can't Unistall Animate

I'm on Windows 10, trying to uninstall animate and it tells me to end any task that is using files related to Animate, yet I ended all the tasks except for Creative Cloud, and it still says something is conflicting. Is there a way to fix this? Or a way I can uninstall the app while going around Adobe?
