Can you adjust the increments you scroll in?

I don't use animate much but when I do the biggest issue I have after being used to photoshop and illustrator is the large chunks it takes when scrolling. I'm having to use the sidebars to scroll which is just a bit inconvenient, is there some setting I can change to make the scrolling smoother like in photoshop and illustrator, or even google or wherever else you can scroll? (I added a video of the issue if you don't know what I mean)
