cannot access to google fonts

Hi,

everything's in the title.

Two computers (W10 with the  last version of animate and W8.1 with animate CC 2018) but the same problem : the windows stay desperatly empty.

    Hi.

     

    The fonts in this window generally load very slowly.

     

    Please report this issue to the team here:

    Feature Request/Bug Report Form (adobe.com)

     

    Alternatively:

    - You can go to the Google Fonts official website;

    - Download the font families you want to use;

    - Install them in your operating system;

    - Apply the @font-face CSS rule like described here and here.

    Hi,

    i've waited for more than half an hour but nothing!

    i've also the font on my system. It work averywhere but not for the dynamic text on Chrome (that's funny that it works everywhere but on their own sytem!)

    I'll test your soltuion now.
