Cannot Create Camera Layer

I just reinstalled Animate, and I can't create a camera layer. I tried locking/unlocking all layers, switching to different layers, messing with settings, and nada. The button in tools to create a camera layer is still disabled. How do I fix this?

Correct answer UDESCO

You may have to enable advanced layers for enabling Camera.

To do that, go to Modify menu > Document...(Ctrl + J) and enable Advanced Layers setting.

Let me know if it still doesn't work.
