Cannot launch, Syntax error: missing ) after argument list

Even after uninstalling and reinstalling my Adobe programs Animate still refuses to work. I am technically able to launch Animate but upon launching I receive an error message that reads "A JavaScript Error Occurred, Syntax error: missing ) after argument list."

I have absolutely no idea why this is happening or why I can't use the program but if anyone else does please let me know!
