Cannot play video

Hi everyone,

 

I have dragged in and inserted an MP4 video to play after my animation.  When I insert the video, it won't play and just appears as a grey screen with a video box.  Please can someone help! The file type is xfl(canvas) not sure if this makes a difference? Also when I press file, import, the import video button is greyed out.

your have a faulty tween on the shown frame. fix that.

 

and i assume this is as3 (because you can't drag and drop an mp4 in a canvas project), correct?

 

if there's still a problem, what settings did you choose in the import video dialog?
